The NC3 Emergency Micro Command System is a professional backpack-mounted integrated solution designed for public safety, emergency rescue, and fire-fighting scenarios requiring on-site command and interconnection. This all-in-one system integrates an airborne communication relay, ad-hoc network voice walkie-talkies, a dedicated wearable tablet, batteries, chargers, and other core devices in a compact backpack case, enabling frontline commanders to carry and deploy the entire command platform quickly in complex environments.

A key highlight of the system is its intelligent charging management function, which can automatically charge 6 walkie-talkies simultaneously, with 6 LED indicator lights to display the real-time charging status of each device, ensuring continuous communication capability for the team. The dedicated wearable tablet is pre-installed with the HS dispatch and positioning software, which supports user registration and device registration management, and is equipped with both offline and online high-definition map functions to adapt to environments without network coverage. The software can realize precise positioning of walkie-talkies through their built-in Beidou and GPS chips, record the trajectory points of each walkie-talkie, and calculate and display the distance between the calling device and the local device. In addition, it supports UAV image push and UAV position display, realizing the integration of UAV aerial data and ground team data on the same map.

The system’s airborne communication relay supports power supply and control through the dedicated interface of the UAV fuselage, with the mode and frequency point of the relay switchable via the remote controller, and supports fast setting of 2 communication modes and 6 frequency points.
